Find the buyers, keep the leads.
A website that answers on the address you already own, MLS search on every page, and every inquiry — search, form, subscriber — in one pipeline you actually work. No agency retainer, no rebuild, no waiting on the web person to change a headline.

You were never buying a website.
You were buying three things: something that looks like your business, listings a buyer can search, and a way to find the people searching. Agencies charge for all three separately, then charge again to change the phone number. AeroHavn Agent is one subscription, and every one of those screens is yours.
The site
Three layouts, your logo, your headshot, your accent color. Change it in the app and the live site changes — no ticket, no staging, no invoice.
The listings
MLS search through IDX on Pro and up, or your own listings entered in the app on Standard. Either way, the pages are yours.
The SEO
Per-page titles and share images, sitemaps per hostname, structured data, an audit and a broken-links report. Done in the app, not in a quarterly report.
The leads
Tags, notes and the full form record in one place, with this month's views, searches and subscribers above them.
Five steps, and you own every one of them.
The distance between a stranger's search and a conversation is where most agent sites leak. These are the five points where it leaks — and what happens here instead.
Someone searches
A buyer who has never heard of you types a neighbourhood, a price band, a school district. Google decides which site answers.
Your domain answers
Not a template subdomain — the one on your business card. One shared deployment serves every agent's domain, and yours is the one in the address bar.
The listings are real
On an MLS plan, search and listings come from the MLS through IDX, scoped to the boards and markets you actually work. On the website plan, your own listings, entered in the app.
The inquiry lands
Search inquiries, form fills and subscribers arrive with tags and notes, next to the listing they asked about — not as an email you'll answer tonight.
You see what works
This month's views, searches, leads and new subscribers sit on the dashboard, so the next decision is made on a number instead of a hunch.
Six things the app owns.
Not features on a roadmap — screens you open on a Tuesday.
MLS search, on your pages
IDX listings and market search rendered inside your site, with the shelves, filters and detail pages a buyer expects — and the agent and office codes the boards issued you.
Three layouts, one accent color
Classic, luxury and lead. Any hex accent drives buttons, links and the hero tint. Your logo, headshot and hero image are uploaded once, and the logo becomes the favicon.
Pages you actually control
Custom pages at /pages/<slug>, edited visually or in raw HTML, sandboxed in their own document so an embed can't touch the site. Put one in the menu with a toggle.
Leads with a memory
Tags and notes on every lead, removable as well as addable, and the full form record attached. Subscribers and search inquiries land in the same pipeline.
Found without an agency
Per-page titles, descriptions and social images, a sitemap and robots file served from your own hostname, structured data for you and every listing, and an audit that flags what's missing.
Old links keep working
Renaming a page stores a permanent redirect, and a broken-links screen lists the addresses visitors actually asked for — with the hit count — so you can send them somewhere real.
Also in every plan
- Magic-link sign in — no password to lose
- Owner, admin, agent and viewer roles
- One login, several accounts
- GA4, Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta Pixel IDs, validated
- Domain attach with the exact DNS records
- SEO audit across every page and listing
- Sitemap per tenant, canonicals only on your domain
- Custom pages kept out of search when you want
Yours, not a template with your photo in it.
Pick a layout, set an accent, upload a logo and a headshot, write two lines of hero copy. Every one of those saves straight to the live site — the preview is the site, because they are the same deployment.
- Classic, luxury and lead layouts — the home page and listings index change with them
- Any accent color, preset or hex, driving buttons, links and the hero tint
- Your logo becomes the favicon; your hero, headshot and logo become the share card
- Custom pages with a visual editor, or raw HTML in a sandbox that can't touch your site
No passwords anywhere in the business.
Sign-in is a single-use link by email. Owners and admins invite from inside the app; the invitee keeps the login they use everywhere else. One login can belong to several accounts, and revoking one leaves the rest alone.
One agent, a team, or the whole brokerage.
Every plan is the same product. What changes is whether the listings come from the MLS, and how many agents the account carries.
Standard
A real website on your own domain, with the listings you enter yourself.
- Your domain, your branding
- Your own listings, up to 40 photos each
- Custom pages and menus
Pro
Most agentsThe MLS site for one agent — search, listings and markets, live.
- Everything in Standard
- MLS search and listing detail pages
- Markets and saved-search reports
Team
The same MLS site for a team working one brand and one book.
- Everything in Pro
- Seats for a whole team
- $50 per agent per month
Brokerage
Many agents under one brand, each with their own site and their own domain.
- Everything in Team
- A site per agent
- One login to reach them all
Prices are the platform's list in US dollars per month, plus $50 per agent on Team and Brokerage. A workspace keeps the price it signed up at, so a list change never raises an existing bill silently. MLS boards carry their own pass-through fees, shown before a board is assigned. Everything is set up with us — there is no checkout.
Before you move a domain.
The questions that come up in the first conversation, answered the way we'd answer them on the phone.
Ask something elseDo I need to own a domain first?
No. Every site answers on a preview hostname the moment it is created, and attaching a domain is a screen in the app: it gives you the exact A / CNAME / verification records to create, checks them, and activates when DNS resolves. A domain already held by another project comes back as a conflict with the owner identified, rather than failing quietly.
Is the search my MLS, or a national feed?
Your MLS. Listings come through IDX from iHomeFinder, scoped to the boards assigned to your account, and the provider only serves them when the host on the request matches the website on your client record — which is why the site is on your domain, not a shared one.
What if I don't have MLS access?
Take Standard. It is the same site, same designs, same pages — the listings are the ones you type in yourself: address, price, beds, baths, square footage, features, photos and status. Publish makes one live on /listings immediately, and featured listings appear on the home page.
Can my assistant work the leads?
Yes. Owners and admins invite from the Team screen with a magic link, and the invitee keeps the login they already use for every other account. Revoking a membership removes access to that one account, not the person's login — so nothing else they work in breaks.
Do I keep my analytics and ad tracking?
You bring your own IDs — GA4, Tag Manager, Google Ads and Meta Pixel — and each field is validated before it saves, so a typo is caught at the screen instead of silently tracking nothing. Leave a field blank to keep that tool off. Client-side navigation is counted too.
How do I start?
Go to agent.aerohavn.com and sign in with your email address — there is no password to set. A new site picks a plan, records the seats, provisions the preview host and, on an MLS plan, links the listing provider in the same step. Accounts are looked after by real people, and support is one screen away in the app.
Put the practice where buyers already are.
AeroHavn Agent is live in beta. Bring a domain and a headshot, sign in at agent.aerohavn.com and the site, the listings and the leads screen are yours to set up.
Self-serve signup, magic-link sign in, and a real person behind support.
